I cannot find a free copy of rental leases online anywhere?!?! Must rent room in my house to make mortgage payment since recent divorce has me strapped... your contribution to this request will be very appreciated and I promise to pass on the help to someone else who needs a hand in the future. Big fun ya got here! Try going to the State of WA RCW's and look for the right volume containing Landlord/Tenant laws. This may or may not be of help. Also try contacting any State or County "housing" assistance agency. Best of luck hope I helped.

A good Real estate agent should be able to help you get copies of rental/lease documents.

All agents have them, they are part of the training course they have to go through.

I have them, but they are for California. I got them from my RE agent simply by asking.
