(NON scientific answer for those who don't understand the answers) Whatever mothers immunity is like at that time... wether her immunizations are complete-whether or not she's had the chicken pox-flu shot- or any other of these listed will be passed on to baby.

Ex my 6 & 8 yr old-both at the same time had the chicken pox- since I had already had the pox.. My 3 month old son was in no danger of catching it-as he still had my immunities..

It would be A & B. Because the mother is supplying the emunity to her baby through her milk, which the babies body starts to create immunity natualy through he/her own devolpment.
