A girl that dates a multi-millionaire that she doesn't love and she's only attracted to his mega $$$, What's the difference between her and a prostitute?!! In my humble opinion they're both just the SAME, What do you think?

If you think about it in just the aspect of money than there is no difference really but consider:
Everyone wants money and wants to make as much as they can with as little effort as possible. It human nature to be lazy. So in the situation you've descibed it is more a business decision than simple prostitution which is also business (just the business of sex)
also prostitution is paid sex and that's it. A "gold digger" has to perform so much more. Such as being seen in public with said multi-millionaire and residing with the same, also a prostitute doesn't have to worry about loyalty she can sleep with whom ever is paying, wheare as the other would have to at least appear loyal or else risk loosing her money cushion.
Also consider this a couple has been married twenty five or so years the wife no longer loves the husband but doesn't get divirced because of children or security or she's scared to start over what ever. Is she a prostitute?
Prostitution is simple it's not complicated it's no strings attached sex for money.
I don't condone either just trying to remain unbias, i appologise for such an excessive answer but i do hope it sheds light on your queary

a prostitute goes out with multiple men and for a brief time. the prostitute may hide her identity and not make any relationships with her clients. Each sexual act is paid for.
a girl that dates a mulitmillionaire is a gold digger. she in usually exclusive with her partner and forms a public relationship, in which sexual acts are not the only features offered.
theres a difference.

They're about the same, except the 'tute is probably with many men in a day. A gold digger may just have one sugar daddy

Well, they are slightly different. Prostitutes are people who "engage in sexual intercourse for money; whore; harlot" according to the dictionary. This girl is dating someone for money but it doesn't really sound like she is going around trying to sell her services to people. It is different. They are both stupid though.

She doesn't have to stand on street corners, gets fed well first, recieves alot of gifts and doesn't have to go to bed with more than one guy. Sounds different to me. She's a goldigger.
