Generally, the woman ovulates somewhere in the next week after her period. Doctors use the mid-cycle or fourteenth day for the ovulation. My wife always ovulated earlier than that. It would be rare for a woman to ovulate on the eighth day, or right after the period is over. However, it has been known to happen.
The condom is usually a safe contraceptive. No contraceptive is fool proof. My daughter was on two forms of contraceptives in order to prevent another risky pregnancy. She became pregnant anyway and the doctor had to treat her through another risky pregnancy.
That said, you are most likely safe. However, I don't hesitate to tell you to refrain from sex altogether and you will not have to worry about it at all. Abstinence is the fool proof contraceptive. Wait until you find the woman you want to spend the rest of your life with, marry her and then enjoy sexual relations worry free.

Last time I heard, standard latex condoms alone were about 97% effective IF USED CORRECTLY.
Physiologically speaking, a normal woman ovulates from alternate sides, one every other month. In the event of a hormone imbalance, which can occur for many, many reasons, it wouldn't be impossible for ovulation to occur -- even from the same side, but more likely from the other side at any time, regardless of where the woman is in the menstrual cycle.
While this would be less than ideal conditions for fertilization and implantation of the fertilized ovum, this can happen, this HAS happened before.
While the odds are against it on this occasion, and on any one occasion in particular, if you play the odds long enough, you two will eventually make a baby.

The answer is yes, it's possible, but highly unlikely. Regardless of protection, right after a woman finishes her period she is not physiologically prepared to conceive and therefore will almost certainly not.
You should be more worried if you have sex right in between her periods. That is when a woman is ovulating and her body is ready to be pregnant.

Anything is possible but i doubt it. If your still worried try a second type of birth control just to make sure. There used to be a foam that the woman would use. Try your local drug store and see if they have that or what else is good to use along with a condem.

It's possible though unlikely. If she was ovulating and even a DROP of your stuff got inside of her then I would be very concerned.Just remember even that drop or two of clear liquid that comes out of you has enough sperms in it to impregnate a 1000 girls and all it takes is for your bare penis to contact her anywhere on her sex organ when that drop of clear liquid is present to impregnate her if the time is right.
