well my great grandfather was in the KKK but my dad was so not in that that he married a black woman...when he send that side of the family her pic they told people that she had a bad sunburn and that she's really white! can you beleive this crap! how some pepople can be so narrow minded...people still cant beleive that i have link to the organization!

That is so sad. I had an Uncle who was a member of the KKK for awhile. Don't know how he ended up there, the rest of the family is not racist whatsoever. I can't believe that people are still like that in this day and age. Narrow mindedness is right!!!!

No, YOU don't have links... your grandfather has links. But, I know what you mean. That's great that your father isn't like your grandfather. I'm sure that your grandfather realizes his past mistakes. We ALL make mistakes. Well, telling people a lie (like the sunburn story) doesn't make it true. Just ignore it. People will talk about us until the day we die... and even then, they'll talk about how we looked dead!!!! :)

Sunburn ? lol. I guess they didn't have adobe photoshop back in those days. It seems like the KKK are not only racist, but stupid too.

my story is similar - my grandpa had 2 families one white one black and we lived in a small town

each side refused to acknowledge the other until he died
