yes - me too. i just hit 6 weeks and the nausea is bad. i can't believe we women have to go through this hell! yesterday i went for a long walk outside in the fresh air and it helped, it seems sitting still makes it worse. carbonated beverages, hot tea, salty foods, and eating crystallized ginger seem to help. but really - i am super nauseous. nothing is 100% helpful. :( sorry.

Im 15 weeks pregnant and believe and really hope that the worst is over. I lost 9 lbs in my first 2 months because of how sick I was. I found that warm gingerale helped to sip on and being out in fresh air. Also eating dry cereal like cheerios or KIX helped me some. And even though food is the last thing on your mind and just the thought of it can make you sick, waiting too long before meals doesn't help at all, I learned this firsthand =(

I had what is called "morning sickness" all the time I was pregnant -- what worked for me was to eat a small portion of something -- wait for about 15 minutes (and I would usually be sick and have to throw up), then after rinsing my mouth out -- eating the rest of the portion was comfortable.
Remember -- small portions at multiple times of the day helps when this happens -- and keep fresh fruit and veggies around you. These seemed to work the best for me.

Try eatting saltine or ritz crackers when you start to feel nauseous. Don't drink anything but Sprite while you're having your sickness. Only sip the Sprite though because if you drink too much too fast, you'll just get more sick from doing that.

It maybe a little difficult at first but you must try and eat every hour on the hour (saltines,fruit,etc..something light) and it will get better...I experienced morning sickness to the point that I felt ill 24/7 but this little trick did work...

I had bad morning sickness for about 2 months and I just tried my best to deal with it. I was so glad when it ended-good luck! As early as you are in your pregnancy I would not take any medicine because it is not a good idea to take any medication until you are in your second trimester unless your doctor approves it.

i feel your pain I am 10 weeks and my morning sickness is so bad at times that I don't keep nothing down.
My doctor told me to try drinking some coca cola. There is something in there that really does calm my stomach down.
Also try dry toast , crackers, lemmon drops. I hope maybe them work for you but they didn't for me.
the only thing that really work is the coca cola.

Small frequent meals...plain crackers...tart apples. Get someone else to do the cooking and shopping. It doesn't seem like it, but it WILL pass!
