People are evil due to different reasons.
There is genetics and a tendency of certain peresons to act inappropriately not directly depending upon themselves, but on the genepool.
There is the society and its influence on humans since the cradle, specially fashionable recently lack of discipline and no respect for peoples life and bullying, leading up to raise of evilness.
There is religious factor in the a satan, or evil energy.
There is luck of education and disrespect for hier feeleings.
Solution?
Eliminate those three and no evil will be , so proceed with death penalties, so no genes are given to the offspring, change behavioral ways putting back more discipline to child upbringing(dont mistake with abuse), and teach kids to respect human beings since the cradle and problem solved

Virtually all questions about "evil" are issues about control. Some people need control so badly they will do just about anything. So, to get an understanding of "evil," think: "control." The best way to deal with it is to put distance between yourself and it. And the quicker the better.

It's society..things like music and TV, they are so exagerated in personality.. It's like listening to most rap makes someone into a pervert and a drug abuser.. They don't even know it's because of the music..practicly the same way about fashion.. That's why there is a fashion..because people keep copying everyone else..

its either/both in their nature, or they have had evil ingrained into them from an early age. often victims turned perpetrators.

because in some sick way by putting others down it makes us feel better about ourselves ( me included lol )
