ok guys i need an idea for the science fair. it can be complicated as long as it's under $20. the fair is in mid January but i need to plan or start now. i like to be unique and fun w/ stuff like this. thank you so much everyone!

How about the effectiveness of different sodas on mold growing. Have you ever left a coke for a week and come back and it was molded? I've always wanted to do that project.

well since it has to be under $20, you could take an oatmeal container (the cylindar shape) cut it down the middle (long ways) then line it with tin foil; take a wire coat hanger and bend it into a straight line, then poke the hanger through one end of the container; then run the hangar threw a hot dog (long ways)push the hot dog through half way of the hanger, then continue to poke the end of the hanger through the other end of the container. so the hot dog looks like a shish ka bob on the hanger and it can be cooked with the oatmeal container and foil. but it has to be in the sun to reflect off the foil and cook it.if you decide to go with this idea and i didn't make it clear or if you have any more questions email me.
