Hahaha. I often find myself wondering the same thing. Some solutions I have found:
go to book stores (used ones if you can find any) and laugh at the stupid books. (and sure, buy some or read while you're there as well)
prepare a easy-to-transport dinner (sandwiches, wrapped burritos, etc) and take a picnic to a local park. stargaze while you eat. (deli meals or fastfood works too)
go to a gallery showing, book reading, or play opening. (I suppose art openings have lots of wine, but it's not required)
if your city has public transportation, try taking a bus to somewhere random
go to a coffee shop and eavsedrop
get a group together at someone's house and play stupid boardgames, or do a huge puzzle. it's more fun that it sounds.
and then there is the general boring stuff, which you can attempt to make fun:
go to the movies - make it interesting by seeing a movie in subtitles, or a documentary about something you've never really thought about... or it that type of stuff isn't available in your town, go see a teen movie and spend the time wondering where society is headed
go out to eat - make it fun by finding some unique cuisine, or go to a 24-hour diner that always serves breakfast and get yourself a big pancake buffet at 2 in the morning. yum.

Try bowling or a game of pool. Movie or dinner out. The holidays are coming maybe go to the mall. Start a dart league. Get some friends together and go to the hot tubs or indoor pool. Theres lots of stuff to try. Good luck and have fun

Why does any thing you do have to involve alcohol. Go to the movies, out to eat,, watch TV with friends, play games,, just sit and enjoy life, read.

i want to go the movies...but alas im without a license...lol
um...idk waht to tell you..there is so much you can do with out alcohol..i dont even know why ppl think you need alcohol to have fun..its lame
call up some friends and have a game night or something..idk?
