do you have ur drivers cd if not then ur need them do you have pc restore cd that came with ur pc if so use that . if ur dont have them cds then donmt format pc call toshiba and ask where they are if they say no cds with pc then say right i want them to format pc u put in ur pc recovery cd that come with pc have ur drivers cd ready as well have ur windows xp product key ready as well if you dont have them do not format pc . to format you can use windows xp but dont do this will you know you have ur drivers cd and produck key for windows xp
