What do you usually do in a beauty pageant?

Also what type of song would be best to sing in one? My school is having a pageant and I think I am going to be in it. Thanks!!!!:)

All pageants are different. All include "modeling" on stage in which you walk a predecided route on stage while smiling and sometimes turning. Some pageants consist of interviews where you where a suit with taupe pumps and pantyhose or sometimes a slightly casual blouse with jeans or slacks. Some also have on-stage question in which you answer in front of your student body or the audience and a talent competition. Sing a song you are good at singing. Not any with hard notes or vulgar language. Most likely a slow song or a christian song.
