Once in a while I get a bump on Vagina when it's almost time for me to gey my period. I have been celibate for a few years so I don't think that it is a STD and I am very clean. My skin breaks out a little when it's almost time for me to get my period. Could this bump I have be due to hormones?

i dont think its anything to worry about, i think its just a zit in your private area, does it clear up eventually? if so, its probably just a zit. you have pores in your pubic region too that could get clogged

Hmmm... wow I don't know what to tell ya... There's a few factors that need to be taken into consideration. First of all... Is the bump always in the same spot and always the same size?
Then, are you sure when it happens that it's always before your period? Have you EVER been tested for any STD's? Especially since you've become celibate.
The bump could be some kind of acne, a lymph node, something hormonal... The BEST bet would be to see a doctor about it when the bump is there. Good luck!

I get these bumps as well and they are VERY painful. Ive been tested for STD's and I am clean. I dont know why and doctors dont know why but I get boils all over my body. Its just something i have to deal with. Everytime I get a boil, I just take Cephalexin as prescribed by my doctor. Within 2 days it usually goes away.

These bumps are a type of cyst. I have had one for over 3 years. My docter says no worry unless it gets large, then they have to lance it. No worries.
