i was just wondering if anyone knows what the tiebreakers are for college football. I dont really care about BCS tiebreakers but for conferences. Like in the Big Ten, if Michigan beats Ohio State when they play, Ohio State and Wisconsin will both be 7-1 in conference play and will have the same overall record and both of their losses will have been to Michigan. How would they determine who gets second in the Big Ten? Links to official sites that actually show the tiebreakers would be appreciated. Thanks

When two (or more) teams are tied either for the Championship of the leauge or second, etc. the first tiebreaker is which team won when they played each other. If they did not play during the season then, other tiebreakers ard used. And I'm still trying to figure all them out myself. To find out more, I would try the Big Ten Conference official site. Just type in Big Ten Conference and folow the links from there. Hope this helps!

Ohio State would be considered the better of the two since they were #1 for basically the whole year
