Ya gotta love Palmer right? Not this week, not against the Raven defense.
You go with the hot hand. I'm not a Vick fan, but he's hot and Palmers not.

Vicks been hot lately. Palmer plays the Ravens. I'd go with Vick.

Definitely Vick.
Vick has a nice matchup and has been on fire. It will be a shootout.
Palmer will have a decent game despite the matchup but Vick should outshine him.
