What you have is 2/7 divided by 6/1. Now 'kiss and flip': in other words, multiply (the 'kiss' part) 2/7 by 1/6 (the 'flip'). So that's (2x1)/(6x7) or 2/42. Simplify to 1/21. :)

2/7 * 1/6= 2/42

Reduce:
(2/2)/(42/2)=1/21
