U.S. The spelling is "comptroller" and it can be pronounced kuhn-TROH -ler or komp-TROH-ler. My business friends use the first pronunciation and I believe this is the preferred pronunciation.

In the USA comptroller is pronounced conTRO ler, with stress on the second syllable. The "M" is pronounced as an "N".
