Some earrings, bracelets, or necklaces, the fake ones of course. Hair clips?

Hit up the sale racks in her favorite store (if the sale stuff there is affordable) and buy her a cami to wear under her shirts, a pair of earrings and a scarf. All of that stuff can be as much as 10 bucks too!! That is, if you know where to shop at to get great deals.
If you can't do that, get a card and give her a gift certificate somewhere to a place where she can shop at. If she's a girly girl try getting her a gift card at Claire's, Limited Too or a place like that.

Gift certificates are always good because the person can choose what (s)he likes. From clothes, to books, to cell phone minutes, to music....there are gift certificates for everything. Give it a little thought and I'm sure you'll come up with the right one!

Get her a lovable tote bag, and fill it in with some candies. Like sweet/snacks, a touch undergo, a b-day card, a blouse (in case you want), and something else she'll like. in basic terms her the little issues.
