you may think your eating a lot. The only way to gain weight it to eat an excess of calories. obviously your not eating enough. Use fitday.com for a couple of days and actually track your nutrient intake. shoot for a minimum of 3000 calories. if you still dont gain up by 250 each week to keep fat gain to a minimum.

o yeah dont forget the gym. get in there and use big compound lifts to rev up those larger muscle groups and start the growing.

good luck

If you wan't to obtain weight, and construct muscle. You do not wan't to simply over consume with junk meals. This will most likely makeyou fatter, and bad. But in the event you wan't to obtain muscle you're going to have got to drink a few prime protein drink's, shakes, meals. Peanut Butter & Jelly I believe could be a well begin. The Peanut Butter will furnish you with Protein, at the same time the Jelly has lot's of High Fructose, and Sugars, to aid positioned of the load. You would possibly wan't to verify out a few low-cost CVS Pharmacy over-the-counter forms of common herb drugs to aid help the muscular tissues. I cannot believe of any names of those forms, however I do recognize they exist, I've heard of individuals taking them, and had well outcome while taken mostly.

You may have a thyroid disorder, which I have, that causes you to be unnaturally thin. I was consuming 4000 calories a day with no exercise and just weighed 115lbs. People accused me of being anorexic. Now, I just take one pill a day, and I've since gained 40 pounds. Seriously monitor your caloric intake and see if this might be what's going on.

Instead of trying to gain fat, I think it would be more worthwhile to do weight lifting or something of the sort, to build up muscle mass.

this is probably your genes & your natural body physiology. No cause for worry. But you should work out, take much protein powders, & use NATURAL HERBAL anabolic stuff. Eat more carbs & starches & much more protein & work out a lot !!!!!
