Yes. People who are negative a lot or worry all the time are more sick than the happy go lucky people.

Yes it is true - many people have known this for centuries - that negative emotions and feelings can contribute to poor health, hence the stories and legends where the bad guys try to find immortality or a way to get younger, or jump into someone else's body - they wear their bodies out from all that negative mojo.

Negative all the time means stressed out all the time. In my opinion, stress is right up there with cancer as far as killing humans goes. You have a better shot at longevity if you were always happy, but there are no guarantees. Good genes is probably your best bet.

I'm a firm believer that yes your outlook on life affects your health.
Those that are happy at home and happy at work are more likely to have less time off work due to illness
Those with 'issues' either personal or professional, are often MIA with sick leave.
Just my opinion

,It takes more energy to be mad and negative all the time. Opposed to being happy you don't have to think about being happy unless your forcing yourself, therefore using no energy. Its best to let go of what your pissed about, because being negative all the time can become a habit, making your own self miserable and possibly lead to depression. so I would say...YES.

No question about it!
When I am upset, sad, depressed, I get physically sick and don't heal well.
When I am happy, in a good mood, I am much more healthier, and when I am ill, I heal and get over it faster.
