everyone gave good advice, but let me tell you, if you dont get rid of it quickly you'll get painful back pains. i thought id just get rid of it on my own and about a week later i started getting horrible back pains, they were so bad that i cried because of it and had to be rushed to the emergency room. if i was you id see a doctor asap!
