covalent bond is chemical bond formed by sharing of electrons.

molecule is group of atons that form the smallest unit of a substance that can retain its chemical properties.

diffusion is movement of molecules from a region of higher concentration to one of lower concentrations,

In layman's terms:
Covalent bond means two atoms share electrons while they are "bonded."
A molecule is a bond between NONMETALs like carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, etc.
A nucleus is the center of an atom that houses the neutrons and protons. In living organisms it houses the DNA.
Diffusion(i assume you wrote) is the movement of molecules, ions, etc. across a gradient.

If you know specifically in what sense you need these answers please repost.

It is like asking what does chemistry mean! Take a chemistry course and you'll find out! There is no way to explain everything you want to know on Yahoo! Answers.
