lots of stores with a vitamin/herbal section should carry it. like rite-aid, walgreen's or wal-mart even.

You can buy "quercetin" in a natural health store that sells natural supplements.
You may buy alone, or combined with Vit C.

Whole Foods has it, as does Wild Oats. I don't know where you live, but check the health food stores. A "regular" grocery store is not going to have it.
