Can they escape with just one loss out of the conference? I think not, and that opens the way for Notre Dame, and some other one loss teams.

I would like it, but doubt ND will get put in the bid light, given the poor responses in media to 'how' their wins have piled up. seems like a double standard to me, as i can point to plenty of teams that have relatively fallen apart in the last three weeks while nd still gets their wins + no love. but hey, charlie's gonna be around for awhile. ::grin::

Tennessee still needed Florida to lose to get the extra game in the SEC title game to bump them up.

Now Tennessee can play the spoiler if they knock off Arkansas next week.

Sorry, but Notre Dame doesn't deserve a shot at the title, especially after USC smacks them around in three weeks. If they gave up that many points to a team as bad as North Carolina, they're not going to stop USC.

florida has. they are now in the sec championship game and will pound arkansas and play the winner of michigan-ohio state for the title
