Leader, and it's totally unintentional. I was once waiting for a cab, in the middle of the block. Suddenly, there were quite a few people who wandered over from the bus stop, at least 10 feet south of where they were supposed to be. I told them, duckies, you need to be at the bus stop; (waives hand in that direction) I'm waiting for a cab!
