Nobody in my opinion has ever written a good poem ABOUT punk...just punk poems! The best writings, not poems, about punk are by Aaron Cometbus:

also look at the actual lyrics of punk bands, especially The Buzzcocks, Sex Pistols, Clash, Ramones, Crass, Misfits, The Damned, etc...etc..
If you want to know some poets that punk musicians admired than look at William S. Burroughs, Charles Bukowski, and Steven Jesse Bernstein (who slit his own throat)
