His personnel decisions have been horrible. Using Duff as a striker? Taking Milner off for Emre? Taking Zogs off for Solano?

Really, I think Emre, Milner, and Zoggy should all be on the field at the same time, or put Duff on the wing and give Luque another chance up front?

We never seem to have more than half our real playmakers on the pitch at a time.

Not only that, but our defense is horrifying and needs to be restocked. Bramble esp. needs to go, no?

I reckon he should be given a bit of time. he did save the Toon last season when he took over from Souness, so he's not all bad.

He's been unlucky with injuries. Giuseppe Rossi is currently his only fit striker, and he goes back to Man U in January. So you can see that his options are quite short at the moment. With so many injuries to key players you just know things aren't exactly going up for them right now.

For me, I would play Rossi and Luque up front.
Midfield (L to R) Duff, Emre, Parker, Solano
Defence, anybody but Bramble. That is one area he needs to imporve on during the January transfer window.

To be fair to Roeder he really hasn't got much to work with at the moment. As soon as the likes of Dyer and Owen get back, Newcastle will be a totally different team. But in all fairness, Roeder should never have been given the job in the first place.

He seems to want to field a balanced side, but obviously, that is what we do not have. Since we are not capable of defending, I wonder why he does not play a more attacking team? We have so much talent in midfield, why not devise a plan so that we can get more goals from there?

roeder is a very genuine person but perhaps this is his problem he does not show enough authority so to save newcastle i think he should return to the academy
