I had taken a taxi in a ghetto area of a big city. The taxi pulled into an alley where a gang was hanging out. One of the guys comes over to me and takes out a gun and shoots me in the head and I died.

you probably watched something or listened to a song where you subconciously thought about a situation like this... stuff like that happens to me in dreams too, its kind of tight though because you can make yourself have dreams about flying if you just think about flying really diligently while you are sitting in bed trying to sleep.
