GORDAN BROWN COULD EMERGE AS A GOOD DTRONG WORLD LEADER IN BRITAIN.

HILLARY CLINTON. IS EMERGING AS A WORLD LEADER ALREADY.

BILL CLINTON IS STILL RESPECTED AS A WORLD LEADER AS WELL AS JIMMY CARTER.
