many thxs I know theres no quick fix .
Eating healthy and doing excerise is the best way,but I'm curious to know if any one has been sucessful using it.

Yes I've used it.

It's absurdly overpriced for what it is, but I did lose weight using it. However I didn't find their claims about 'not feeling hungry' to be true. You can get the supplements they sell at SimplySupplements, under different names but essentially the same stuff - MUCH, MUCH cheaper.

My wife also used Herbalife for a while and she also lost weight.

An important part of the Herbalife program is drinking plentiful water, and I've read elsewhere that this by itself helps some people lose weight and feel full. So I'd suggest doing that for a couple of weeks.

Also you could look for Herbalife products on Ebay - you can often find them a lot cheaper there (sometimes they are slightly beyond their sell by date, but the products keep a LOT longer than the sell by date).

even while on herbal life you need to be on a strict diet and avoid eating a lot of things, otherwise it's not going to help much. Eventually you gain back the weight once you stop. I don't know how far this is true, but i've heard that herbal life is banned is some places because it causes some problem- to the kidney or something... not too sure. I know it's difficult, but one lasting thing would be to just eat a high fibre diet, drink lots of water and excercise regularly for atleast a month or two to see any difference.

I used it for about 2.5 months. During that time I was also on a strict workout regimine and was sticking to the recomended diet. I was also taking hydroxycut at the same time. I lost a total of about 25 lbs during that time. I dont know if I can attribute all of it to the Herbal life, but, after no results on the same diet, after I added herbal life to the mix, the pounds came off.

No I have never tried herbal life and I wouldn't want to. The only true way to lose weight is to change your diet and exercise. If you are looking for an easy way out FORGET IT it ain't gonna happen.

Have you tried Dr. GILLIAN Mc'keiths range of books, you can change your eating ways for the rest of your life, I have tried them, and they have changed me.

Slimming world is also very good but be warned the day you stop that diet is the day the pounds go back on, better too change your outlook on food for good.

in one word: WATER.

thats the hoax with these pills (all of them) the instructions say take with a full glass of water before a meal. think about it. its not the pill that helps you lose weight...its the glass of water prior to a meal...it tricks the body into thinking its fuller, quicker, thus, less chance of over eating.

just drink an 8 ounce glass of water before each meal and you will benefit without the loss of pocket money.

MY SISTER LOST 60 LBS ON HERBALIFE. SHE WAS NEVER THIN AND NOW SHE IS BETTER THAN EVER. I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GET IT OR HOW MUCH IT IS BUT I JUST WANTED YOU TO KNOW THAT IT REALLY DOES WORK.
