Where should I stand to get a ten pin? On the opposite side?

Also, How do you spin you ball just a little bit ? Without hurting your hand?

You should stand across the lane, which gives you more of a chance to hit the pin. If you stand on the same side, you would have to roll the ball perfectly for 60 feet!
To get a little hook w/o hurting your hand... notice how your hand naturally hangs at your side. The thumb is pointing toward your leg. Just copy this grip with the ball and your thumb comes out first and the natural follow thru will let your fingers "lift" the side of the ball giving it some spin. Because of the oil on the front part of the lane, the ball will go straight, but at the end where it's dry, the spin will carry the ball into the pocket.

while shooting a ten pin spare, move to the left of the lane. this improves the angle of attack and increases the chances of making this spare. don't try to curve the ball by spinning it with your hand. instead let your arm naturally turn over while releasing the ball. this will cause the ball to spin and curve.

to spin the ball when u throw u just twist ur hand a tiny bit but not like completle twist it more like a flick

its all about your prefs. about where u stand and you give your wrist a little twist as your letting go
