The Clinton & Bush Administration passed Bills through Congress that ignore Constitutional Law. Let me explain, Clinton invaded Family affairs such as parenting rights, finacial support orders, imprisonment for non-compliance of a court order. Bush invaded Civil Lerberties such as suspending Habeas Corpus, Posse Comitatus, passing Patriot Act I & Act II. Both administrations have corrupted media coverage concerning North American Union and have sold out nearly all our ports. Now 75% of all highways in the US will be controled by the United Nations along with all our National Parks and toll fee's will be charged to use these roads by the UN. Please dont respond to this question if you are not up to speed and /or educated in this field. Everything I have stated herein is true and has been documented with many new agencies.

I am not sure about the Clinton Administration but I know the Bush Administration is trying to implement a "New World Order" which the Current President Bush, his father and his grandfather are all members of the Secret Society of Yale's University better known as Skulls and Bones. I have done research on this and it looks like this is the direction this Secret Society is going. The "New World Order" is for one world government and only a few will benefit from this. Here is a few links that describes what has happened so far and what to expect in the future.

I am a common citizen and not very well versed in these matters and withinthe terms of your stipulation I am not qualified to reply to this question. I would however like to record what I feel about these matters. I for one do not repeat not hear the heavy footsteps of dictatorship in these measures. Our government is fairely representative and if the Wise Men had thought the introduction of certain restircitons mandatory they must have their reasons for it. Moreover with the changing society from the simple to the complex the face may change which may look ugly to an old timer. The entry of privae enterprise in public affairs such as maintenance of ports should not be taken as 'selling'them. Even some municipal services have been privatised with better results. The handing over of the highways to the UN is in keeping with growing unification of the world and nothing to lose our sleep over. I for one feel that you are rather astounded with the sweeping changes coming over in such quick succession making one dizzy. But if you sit still and ponder over the matters even you will be convinced that there is no need to see black clound on the horizon. Of course I appreciate your vigilance as eternal vigilance is the price of freedom.

Absolutely no in the next few years. Why?
There is a huge difference between the constitutional regime of a country and the management methods of a president.
Powerfull presidents may deviate the legitimate rules from time to time without violating the constitution of a country. If a president violates the democratic way of a country then he will be punished by the justice system (remember the Watergate case with Nixon).
The democratic regime of America is strongly based and guarded by different authorities and constitutional laws to avoid any possibility of changing the regime to a Dictatorship.

It's that new world order crap. There are concerns over things like you mentioned and Bush's signing statements on bills and stuff, but no dictatorship. That's just paranoid new world order conspiracy crap. We still have more freedom than most countries in the world. In China you'll go to jail for saying something like that. There are people fighting against all those things you mentioned above and those people are not jailed or killed.
Look at the case Hamdan vs Rumsfeld where Hamdan(grade school drop out Osama's driver) won. Supreme court telling Bush administration military tribunal for Hamdan is unconstitutional. That's not dictatorship. Dictatorship is unchallenged, uncontested power not some little factoids here and there that show some leaders are trying to expand their powers.

formally, we've been below Martial regulation with the aid of fact the Civil conflict. that's by using no potential been rescinded. it is why once you bypass right into a court of regulation the gold fringe is around the yankee flag to tutor that's a militia Tribunal listening to. Our Congress is a moot factor and that they, besides as judges, are illegally occupying seats. They understand this, yet almost all the popular public does not. that's in basic terms like there are no regulations that grants our government the proper to tax our wages. Ask an IRS agent. no longer something on the books. The FEMA camps look bases for the army and Air tension. variety of makes you ask your self why they are in place whilst we've had the yankee purple bypass for emergency centers.

No. Posse Comitatus AND Habeous Corpus were suspended before and we were not in a dictatorship, what makes you ask? Another liberal panic attack? I have no idea what you are talking about our national parks and highways being controled by the UN, sounds a bit fishy to me, care to cite your sources?

Not if you start working now and stop dragging the nation down with negative "hate baiting" messages. Get with the good people:

Have you ever considered that the Republican and Democratic leadership are one in the same-- that the Democratic Party have been infiltrated by Republican Neocons at the very top?
Enough of your divisive messages. Correct your thinking. Work for the total good of everyone. Get the Neocons out of office so the Republicans can take their party back.

Where did you get that information about the Nat'l Parks? I would like to read it.
I agree with the child support. I think we should stay out of the bedrooms. Unless the bedrooms belong to religious anti-gay, anti-abortionists. Then we should invade their privacy like they invade others.
The government is just run by the rich. You left out the proposed Minimum Wage Law which would have abolished inheritance tax benefiting 1% of the population.

You are flat wrong about the Patriot Act. It is needed to protect us. Get a clue on this one. All your documentation is a load of crap. Just because something is printed does not make it fact.
I want to see sources on the UN controlling our roads.

Our liberties are becoming fewer with each administration, but I don't think it will lead to a dictatorship. It may lead to one party taking over the White House permanently, because they can spy on telephone and Internet communications from opposing parties and candidates. I don't see a military coo but anything is possible.
I believe we need to protect or rights as much as possible, but I see more power to cont. to go to the government
