my computer wont go into hibernation
because it says print slooper doesnt allow it
how can i fix it?

it's spooler, for one.

beyond that, im not sure, besides maybe accessing your printer through the computer and cancelling any current "jobs" it may be trying to run.

From my online research of "print slooper" it appears as though you have some malware on your computer. Most likely you have the WORM_AGOBOT.GY worm.

My suggestions to you are:

1) Make sure that your anti-virus is completely up-to-date and do a full system scan. If you don't have any anti-virus software, go to www.activevirusshield.com (this is better free anti-virus than AVG).
2) Download, install, and run a scan with SpyBot (http://www.safer-networking.org/)
3) Download, install, and run a scan with CrapCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com).
