OK i swear when i got my phone like 4 months ago...the keypad light worked. Now it doesnt. I checked the book and nothing is in it about the keypad light and I have searched all over the internet looking for a way to fix it and nothing has come up. Please hellllp!

If you take it to your local Radio Shack, or even the service provider's store that you have your phone with and they should help you. I had the same problem with my pink RAZR V3 but with the speaker phone/picture button. They he;ped me out, so good luck to you.

u can call ur cell phone provider phones have a one year warrenty and maybe they can send u a new one
