I took Zara Lees COGIATI brain sex test, and I scored 0 (men usually score 0 - 60, and women 60+, but it was only a test)

Check the plumbing. If you were born with an outtie, boy. Innie-girl. This is the one below the belt.

Do you feel extreme discomfort when people relate to you as a male? Do you want to wince when you hear "him" as opposed to "her" in reference to you, and wish they were calling you the other? When you look in the mirror, do you see something that you don't think you should; is it unrecognizable to you? When you wear typical men's clothing, do you feel slightly like you are in drag? How do you feel about your genitals? Are they repulsive to you? Do you ever masturbate or become aroused with them, and if you do, is it only when imagining yourself as a girl or pretending your genitals are female genitals? Can you imagine living your entire life as a woman in the future?
These are just some of the questions that you should ask yourself. Now, in my opinion, these questions shouldn't be requisite- we should be able to flirt with gender and go from one to the other if we want without having to have a maniacal hatred of our bodies. But most gender clinics are going to use these to evaluate if you are a 'true' transsexual.
Ask yourself these questions, read up on the literature out there (check out Kate Bornstein, etc.), and go see a gender dysphoria therapist to talk, if you can.
Good luck!

It's just something that you know. I saw the difference between the *only two* sexes at 12 and just knew I didn't want to grow up to be a guy. I just knew which side I wanted to be on, even if it didn't match my plumbing.

Hun, I think that you should just follow your heart and if that's what you want to do than go for it as long as you're happy on the inside and out. I hope I helped.

whatever you feel comfortable as, if you like to parade around in a dress and heels thats your gig. if you like cars and fixing stuff, fine. i'm not trying to stereotype, i'm just using that as an example.
