I really loved that movie regardless of what critics thought.
As for my "fast forward" moment it would have been when my brother died so I didnt have to see my mothers heart breaking( she had found him) I think seeing her cry and hear her cry out for God to make the pain go away was the worst thing I had ever experienced. But I know it has made me appreciate life and her more.

the next 6 years, while my son finishes High School and College - it's very difficult raising a teenager alone. There's a lot of arguing, and a lot of worrying on my part! Then when he goes off to college, the worrying continues, because I'll have no control - not to mention the financial aspects!!

Conversely, I'd go back and slow-motion his earlier years, because I was so sleep-deprived when he was an infant, it was a blur; the kids grow and change so rapidly from birth-10, I'd want to relive and cherish the moments.

Without sounding mean. I love babies, but I do not do good with newborns and very small babies. They make me nervous. I would forward those years. Which seem like a blur anyways...Then around 4 to 5 years old I would slow everything down. Seems like the older they get the more times flies

Hm... the parts that I have to use the bathroom. I hate using the bathroom. LOL. Oh, and long car rides-- car rides, period. They always have an argument in them somewhere. Um... what else... the long nights when sleep doesn't come easily. Arguments with my parents. :-)

My twenty's and parts of the thirty's too. I would slow up for the great times and the times my friends and I were in total fits of laughter together. What were we smoking?
