Most definitely!!!
For the coworker who sits at her desk and whines my name over the wall..hoping I'll respond. (I don't...get up and come see me if you need something)
For my daughter who can go on and on and on...(love you, dear) about the most silly things.

Yes, me does.. Cuz sometimes you can ask a person a question an they will just ramble on an on an on an on an on if ya gets the drift.. But everyone is quilty of that to an extent so at some point in everyone's life someone would be muteing a person...
Most times people need to remember that less is more.. An if ya really want to think first, speak second. Thinkin first will make yer ansswer shorter, faster an more to the point...

I'm the one who never shuts up. So I guess I need a mute button for myself. This way everyone can mute me.

People hear what they want to hear. If you hear them you must be wanting to hear them because if you didn't you wouldn't be hearing them. I never hear the people I don't want to hear so I don't need a mute button.

YES! I'd also like a "disappear" button and an "easy" button too.

Absolutely! If I had one of those, I'd tape the button down for my boss so we all wouldn't have to put up with her sh*t anymore!
