Conception mean that is when you became pregnant. But that does not mean that the pregnancy was implanted yet, it can take up to a week to implant into your uterus. Are you asking because you did something on the 18th your not proud of (while pregnant)?
Don't worry too musch about what you did prior to finding out. < I rode on all the rides at the fair, and had a few drinks a week before my period was due = 3 weeks pregnant :( >

If you conceived 06.16 of course you were pregnant on the 18th. Isn't that common sense?
18 comes after 16.

yes, assuming that your date of conception is correct. otherwise, YEAH. the date you conceive is the day you become pregnant, so any days after that, YES YOU ARE PREGNANT on those days too.

Go to http://www.mybirthcare.com/calculator and put in your last period or your due date and it will calculate it for you.
If you did conceive on the 16th then yes you were pregnant from then on
