the church is what you see as your duty to God. it includes the scope of all things God inspires you to do.
this lady who grabs you and takes you outside is something you can hardly resist. on the surface, it doesn't seem hard to do so, but whenever you try, you can't seem to resist this one thing.
you know in your mind that she does things you would never want to do (smoking), but she still seems to find a way to get you to do what she wants. she is your age because she is your equal. indeed, she is you. the part of your mind that seeks to do other than what God inspires. she is just as strong willed as you are. she will be overcome one day.

Dreams are the mind's review of the day's events and thoughts seeping into our unconscious. So its probably a memory of a church or a place you visited, a magazine you saw. Its a combination of the days events that you either thought about, consciously saw or subconsciously took in. (ie, the cover of a magazine, a passing bill board, ect..) Relax, its nothing to fret over. Dreams are just cognitive brain activity while we sleep, that usally only occur for a few minutes a night, and happen in the stage of sleep that is right before we re-gain consciencous

Here's my view of the dream: The church represents a part of your mind that you don't have control over. but that keeps you safe. A person, or an event, or something has disturbed this area. You don't feel safe around something, or someone that's affecting you.
I don't think the smoking has anything to do with it, but the number 15 might. It could be something affecting your age, or it could be a person around your age. Personal interpretation is difficult though.
