On my left labia minora, I have a painful bump, which hurts when I move. It doesn't sting when I pee, though. It feels like a spot or a blister. I'm also a virgin, so it couldn't be sexually transmitted.
What could it be? and is there any way I can relieve the pain?

try taking warm bath to sooth your pain try not to irritate it to much when you wipe or anything
do not self medicate
and go see a doctor about it may be nothing but just incase go see your doctor

You can get sexually transmitted diseases just by sitting on the toliet seat at the mall, for ex. Blisters are related to herpes. Check it out on the net. Otherwise, maybe it is just a cyst. Just have it checked by a doctor. Have you tried Neosporin pain relief?

at an analogous time because it took little under 2 months for me to truly see a distinction, my zits, blackheads and complete lot of alternative pores and skin issues I had at the same time with eczema had thoroughly cleared! It became completely magnificent... do away with zits completely?

Best to have it checked by your doctor. In the meantime you can try a warm cloth to ease the pain.

I have to correct one of the previous answers. Herpes can NOT be transmitted by toilet seats, it is a very fragile virus. You can not get it from touching something that someone with herpes has touched, that is a ridiculous myth.
