Carl Lewis had a chance to win 11 golds; that one silver medal was a close race, also the 4x100m team was disqualified.

If Carl Lewis had of competed in the long jump at Sydney 2000. He would have definitely been in with a chance to win the gold. His record was far better than any of those competing.

My opinion only.
