I know they stopped at episode 167 in the anime and I know that the manga continues. I was curious to find out if they planned on picking up the series again or make any more movies, because it's very popular in Japan and the US.

You're right, the manga is still going strong. There has been rumours of a new series since the first anime series finished in Japan in 2004. But so far, nothing has been confirmed for a movie or series. Maybe they'll start the anime again when the manga finishes. No, they do no longer plan to proceed the anime. it relatively is been lifeless for 4 years, and there is no marketplace to restore them. in spite of how basic the manga is, the anime is a different marketplace, and rankings have been down plenty, they stopped at episode 167 and wil no longer %. the series lower back up

I don't know. But I wish they would quit replaying all of them and just keep going with it.
