If you are looking for a good quality violin I suggest that you don't order it online. Sure, go to websites of good violin sellers but make sure you go to the shop and try out the instruments first. Make sure it has a nice tone and is comfortable for you to play. The last thing you want is a violin that isn't what you were looking for.

try FreeCycle, http://www.freecycle.org/ someone may have one laying around their attic that they never use and maybe you can get one for free that way, or try the links below for purchaseing one.
