Can you be more specific?
Well... what about genre(i think i speelled it wrong)?
-Like fantasy, mystery, horror, historic fiction, etc.
-then pick a time period and such.
-characters and their personalities.
-and conflicts or complications.
is that any help? you might want to try writing it backwards. I personally haven't tried it but a lot of people said to when i asked a similar question.

Are you having writers block there Alexis? Are you writing a book or an article? If you want ideas I'm full of it. I mean full of them. =)

I'd write an article on how single mothers are having problems raising their teenage boys. How there is lack of support from agencys to help them. I have a special interest in this subject. Is it a good idea? You're the boss you decide. You didn't give us enough info on which direction to point you in.
