I tried to help her as much as I could, but her problems are much to deep. The things I"m talking about will continue to cause her to harm herself. I can't stay around her anymore. I need to let her go, but I want to make sure someone is around that can look out for her. Maybe do a better job of helping her deal with her issues. Her mother currently knows nothing.

Uh-huh. That would be just a peachy keen idea. And you are being so altruistic about it all......
Let's look at it from another angle. What good would telling her mom do? The girl obviously can't confide in her mom. And talking with her mom about sexual exploits is difficult for most women to do, never mind bringing up the subject with someone she isn't that comfortable confiding in.
Unless she's doing something illegal, you don't have the right to turn her in to anyone. If she wants help, she can get it. If she doesn't want help, no one has a right to force it on her. And if she doesn't want help, she isn't going to be helped. You have to be willing to work to change things, and it doesn't sound like she's anywhere near that stage.

No. You would only be hurting her mother and not her, and I am sure that is your actual intention.
Don't be a jerk-you will actually come off as being stuck on her, not trying to help anyone.

Why would you do that? You are just going to look like a jilted lover and wont be taken seriously anyway.

Be a gentleman ! lost a battle in a clean and gentle way. Don't complaint or blame people. Leave her alone and move on with life. "GOD" will reward you.

her mother might know more than you think she does, and you'll just come off petty and vindictive.
