They have been overrated. Why are they still being talked about?

While I shouldn't care about this, I do. I've been a Brad Pitt fan for a long time. I lost a little respect for him when he married Jennifer Aniston - they just didn't seem to mesh to me. I think he and Angelina Jolie are much better matched. I understand why they get all the attention they do - they were both fabulous and interesting on their own. They are even more fab now that they are together and reproducing.

Overexposed is more like it. The incessant news media coverage of every aspect of their lives really has me sick to death of them. I can't change the channel fast enough when their faces appear on a TV news program. I wish it would just go away.
Not that he would care, but I used to have the greatest admiration for Brad Pitt and I cannot believe the latest path he's chosen. We all seek different things in life and I guess I should be more tolerant, but I just can't understand how Pitt's current situation does it for him
Angelina Jolie is great eye candy, but I've thought she was a ditz since her Billy Bob Thornton days when she appeared on the Tonight Show wearing a vile of blood around her neck and babbling like an idiot. In my opinion, she receives way too much respect and adulation.

Who buys the magazines that talks about them, and all A list celebrities? People buy the magazines... they are going to report on them.
Regardless of who they are and what they do in their personal lives, they have done a lot for humanitarian efforts! And that is why I respect Angelina Jolie a lot

All celebrities are over rated.
They have jobs just like the rest of us - why we idolize them is completely beyond me.
The people who are the real celebrities are those people in your community who make a positive difference in the quality of other people's lives.
It seems to me that Brangelina is more interested in helping out otrher countries other than the one she lives in which is RIDICULOUS. Charity starts at HOME.

I think most of the A list celebs are overrated. They get so much attention and you just get sick of hearing about their day to day lives. They are people too and I don't see why its so fascinating.

ohh, totally overrated its like a charitable version of tom and katie, without the jumping on oprahs 10,000$ couch. i loved brad with jennifer, but now i cant stand hearing about these two celebrities

Me. Count me in please! These are just two people. No more or less important than anyone else. I'm sick of all the hype, but that is their publists' doing. I have nothing against them.
