Psychology. Only because I am partial to it. I have a BA in Psychology.

Very few B.S. psychologists actually work in psychology. Their average income right out of school is 30k. To work in psychology, you'll need a M.S., PsyD, or PhD.
Pharmacy is a tough field to get into but the pay is very good.

combine both and become a psychiatrist. you can counsel people, diagnose them and prescribe meds!
