Off the shelf, no.

Polyvinyl acetate or PVA is made by first creating vinyl acetate, usually with a reaction of ethylene and acetic acid with oxygen and a palladium catalyst. The Vinyl acetate is polymerized to form PVA.

There's no reason you couldn't add some after-the-fact, though. Except it would probably reduce adhesive power if applied in any significant quantity, might make your craft project smell funny, and your shop teacher would have some questions to ask.

Odd

No, buddy.
whoever gave u that idea must be playing around.
There isnt enough semen produced this planet- all mammals included- that would suffice addition of 0.1% of it to PVA glues produced across the globe.
Where are semen farms? hasanybody ever contacted you ot your friends to buy their semen? It's all a bull.

PVA= poly vinyl acetate. solvents and addives are added in varying quantities to make glues of different grades. No human or animal components are known to be used

I'm not sure, for health and safety reasons I'd have to say no. The thought of at least 20 guys standing around a giant mixer tossing off, is not only a little strange but also rather worrying. Suppose one of them got carried away and fell in, he'd drown. Can you imagine!
