I think religious institutions should be subjected to an annual audit and general review, by their peers, to ensure that their institutions are not being used as either political tools or as a tax dodge...

mr. bush doesnt spend anything...the federal govt authorized by the senate does.
what war on islam...its against terrorists and al qaeda.
