Six Days, Seven Nights with Harrison Ford.
Two Weeks Notice with Sandra Bullock
How To Lose A Guy In Seven Days with Kate Hudson
Failure To Launch with Matthew McConaughey
All of these are very good.

If you're looking for a true classic love story and none of that repetitive crap that Hollywood is releasing presently, try "A Philadelphia Story" by George Cukor, starring Cary Grant, Katharine Hepburn, and James Stewart. It was also a play by Philip Barry before it was a film. It's a oldie, but definitely up your alley in terms of what you're looking for.

"When Harry Met Sally"
It spans decades with two people who are constantly in and out of love without eachother or other people. And, it has some of the best performances ever by Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan.
