It's not street leagle - you can't get it registered or a license plate and ride it on the road.
You don't know who makes it, so you won't be able to get parts for it. No shop will work on it for that same reason.
Look at it's size compaired to the downspout - the seat height is about 12" - it's a toy motorcycle for riding in parking lots.
Also, that's a BIG price tag for a pocket bike.
